The wine region of Hilltops is located in the region of Southern New South Wales of Nouvelle-Galles du Sud of Australia. Wineries and vineyards like the Domaine Gundog or the Domaine Hungerford Hill produce mainly wines red, white and pink. The most planted grape varieties in the region of Hilltops are Cabernet-Sauvignon, Tempranillo and Nebbiolo, they are then used in wines in blends or as a single variety.
